How do subscriptions work?

You are given the option to have your probiotics delivered to you on a monthly basis at a discount. Simply checkout with the "subscribe and save 10%" option, not only do you then receive your products on a regular basis each month, but you also get them at a discount.

Why does my discount code not work?

As you are already receiving a discount on a regular basis with your subscription, we are unable to provide any further discounts if additional coupons are applied.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. All you need to do is log into your account, click on the subscriptions tab and next to each product you are subscribed to select the "Cancel" button. Please note that our initial sign up terms require a three month commitment.
