DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Supplement upon awakening in the morning. Supplement with water or juice or open the capsule and add to yoghurt, kefir or smoothies and consume immediately or as directed by your practitioner. Do not use if protection seal-cap is torn or missing.
DOSAGE
Adults take 3 capsules once daily.
Children take one to two capsules once daily for general wellbeing.
If supplementing this product for the first time, start with one capsule and increase by one capsule every seven days and so on until the full dose is reached for full benefits.

Livaux® is a “precision prebiotic” targeted to support the growth of healthy bacteria including Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (F. prau), which is low in people suffering from IBS, IBD and Crohn’s disease. As an extremely oxygen sensitive bacteria, F. prau cannot be taken as a probiotic supplement. I bought these after some research into what I would need for the best gut outcome. I was recently diagnosed with H Pylori and required a punishing course of 2 different kinds of strong antibiotics and other things – up to 20 tablets/capsules daily. Some even had to be compounded. I read that taking this product would both improve the outcome and reduce side effects. However I read that they also help with respiratory problems which my husband is currently struggling with so he is on them too! He has improved greatly; I feel fine despite the awful treatment and I will continue with them.

We understand that it is difficult for some people to swallow some capsules and this is why we tried our best to select the right size that covered the dose required. The trade off with this if we went any smaller would have been to have more capsules to swallow per dose. With the capsule size measurements of 23mm x 8 mm as advertised on our website, they are in comparison to other supplements considered to be the average capsule size. We have a solution for people who struggle to swallow capsules, because we also have the same formula in powder form which might be a better fit for you and I can tell you it also tastes great with the added reassurance of no added flavours, just the subtle taste of golden kiwi fruit.
